Apprentice Assessment Co-ordinator

Self Help Services is currently looking to recruit a motivated individual to take up Apprentice Assessment Co-ordinator role within the Manchester Psychological Wellbeing Service. The service supports people experiencing common mental health problems such as depression and/or anxiety. The Apprentice role will involve telephoning clients and offering them appointment slots for their assessment with Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Counsellors. These opportunities are particularly suited to people who are interested in pursuing a career in client or customer focused work and will be a great first step into working.

Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner: Halton

We are looking for a motivated and appropriately qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) to join our psychological wellbeing service in Halton. The post holder will work in a multi-disciplinary team, which includes other PWPs and HITs, within a stepped care model to provide a range of NICE approved low intensity interventions for depression and anxiety disorders. Treatment will be delivered through a range of modalities including face-to-face work, telephone therapy and facilitating structured groups.

The successful candidate will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy, highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload and will have successfully completed an approved IAPT PWP PGCert/Diploma.
