As Mental Health Awareness Week is coming up, we wanted to share a calendar of events taking place across Greater Manchester to show how you can get involved.

This year’s theme is stress. We all know what it’s like to feel stressed, as being under pressure is a normal part of life. However, becoming overwhelmed by stress can lead to mental health problems or make existing problems worse.

Mental Health Awareness Week provides a great opportunity to think about how we can address the causes of stress and find advice or support on managing stress in our daily lives. Our information stalls and stress taster sessions can help you start that conversation and provide you with tips on how to manage stress.
