Location:Based across Oakland House, Trafford and ICM hub in Manchester City Centre.

An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Coordinator to join our Inspiring Change Team. Inspiring Change Manchester (ICM) is a Shelter-led partnership funded through Big Lottery Fund’s £112m initiative to support people with multiple needs.

Our vision at ICM is to help people with multiple problems to improve their lives and to sustain these improvements by transforming local systems and services, putting them at the heart of service design and delivery.

You will have a creative and flexible approach to delivering mental health support to people with complex needs, as part of a multi-agency team. You will also have excellent therapeutic skills and possess competencies in a range of modalities as you will be expected to carry a case load and deliver face to face interventions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced CBT practitioner/ counsellor with some line management experience. You will also be committed to working within Self Help’s vision and values and to partnership working. You will be flexible in your approach to service delivery and be able to work on your own initiative to develop creative and innovative approaches to client engagement.
