About the role

Thinking Ahead are looking for motivated and enthusiastic senior mental health practitioner to join their new and expanding Health and Wellbeing Pathway Service in Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.

The post holder will have excellent clinical leadership skills and will clinically supervise other members of the Gateway Team within the Pathway. The service works to deliver quality services working to a stepped care model and as such the role will include working closely with colleagues/ partners on the health and wellbeing pathway. The post holder will have the ability to sign post to other services where appropriate and act as a link between services across the primary/secondary service interface.

The successful candidate will be a skilled practitioner who is highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise their workload and will carry a caseload of complex clients. The service has IAPT targets to achieve and the post holder will support the service manager to ensure that relevant data and information is collected for reporting.
Preferably you will have experience of working in an IAPT service and of some experience of clinical management or leadership.
