Living Life to the Full is an online therapy (eTherapy) for young people affected by mild to moderate depression. It is a guided self-help approach to help you manage thinking errors which will have a positive effect on how you feelings and behave.

It’s designed specifically with young people in mind and it can also help with other problems commonly experienced; such as bullying, exam pressure, uncertainty around the future and problems socialising.
