This workshop is for women who are pregnant, or expecting a baby, who are feeling low in mood, anxious or isolated.
The workshop offers professional wellbeing support and an opportunity to share stories and gain advice from other mums who have similar experiences.
Our workshop practitioner will offer techniques to manage anxiety and low mood. They will also draw upon knowledge from professionals in the perinatal field to address particular areas of concern, such as breastfeeding.
Babies are welcome along to the group, if they parent wishes to bring them.
