Struggling to cope? Our team are here to support you through a crisis.

The Sanctuary Bolton provides a place of safety overnight for adults (aged 18+) who are experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, feeling low or suicidal.

You can access this support if you are a local resident or registered with a GP in the area.

Following a conversation with our trained staff, you will be offered either telephone support or invited to come to The Sanctuary, between 8pm – 6am, for one-to-one support.

We don’t have beds at The Sanctuary, so it is not a place to sleep over, but you can stay until you feel ready to leave.

Our staff have personal experience of mental health, giving us the skills needed to support you through a crisis.

Opening times:
Everyday from 8pm - 6am
