If you are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, panic or sleep-related problems, you can access quick and confidential support through our range of online, interactive eTherapy programmes.
eTherapy is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the first line of treatment for the above conditions. Our programmes can take between six to eight weeks to complete.
eTherapy can be accessed from home and you will be supported by an experience eTherapy Coordinator.
