Since 1995, we have been challenging attitudes and changing lives, helping people experiencing anxiety, depression and phobias to recover and improve their quality of life.

In 2015/16, Self Help supported more than 15,000 people


We asked you for feedback on our services. Here’s what you said:

  • 80% of people said they were more hopeful about the future
  • 80% said they are more in control of their lives
  • 82% said they are more in control of the challenges they face
  • 73% said they have more opportunities to do the things they value
  • 99% of people said they were satisfied with the support they received
  • 97% said that they would be ‘likely’ or ‘extremely likely’ to recommend our service to friends and family
