Make a difference…
Volunteers are really important to Self Help and the work we do
We value their dedication and commitment to helping people with mental health problems by making a difference to their lives in a variety of ways within our services.
As a user-led organisation, many of our staff and volunteers have personal experience of mental health issues. This is what makes our charity so unique.
“The most enjoyable part of this role is meeting and helping clients. It is so rewarding knowing someone leaves this service feeling better and that I have contributed to this”
