You can make a donation or get together with friends, family and neighbours to fundraise for us and help to improve mental health.

The only limit on what you do is your imagination. You could take part in an organised event such as a run, skydive, cycle or swim. Or why not organise your own event; from holding a concert, to washing cars, to collections and sponsored silences – the options are limitless.

Every penny our raised will support our services and improve mental health. We will concentrate on those services that do not get further funding to help us reach more people who need support.
