Getting together with friends, family and neighbours or taking on a personal challenge is a great way to support Self Help plus we think it feels great too.

The only limit on what you do is your imagination. You could take part in an organised event such as a run, skydive, cycle or swim. Or why not organise your own event; from holding a concert, to washing cars, to collections and sponsored silences – the options are limitless.

Every penny our raised will support our services and improve mental health. We will concentrate on those services that do not get further funding to help us reach more people who need support – such as The Sanctuary, which provides support to adults who are experiencing panic attacks, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts or are in crisis.
