On Monday, 15 February, BBC One kick-start ‘In The Mind’ – a two week season of features dedicated to mental health.

Exploring mental health across news, drama, documentaries and features, highlights include The Not So Secret Life of the Manic Depressive: Ten Years On, featuring Mind’s President, Stephen Fry; My Baby, Psychosis and Me, exploring experiences of postpartum psychosis, and the documentary: Life After Suicide.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get the nation talking about mental health to create increased understanding and reduce the stigma.

James Harding, Director of BBC News, says: “This is a moment when we stop and reflect on one of the big issues of our time, one that touches all of us. We will report and examine – with all the BBC’s expertise, insight and understanding – on what’s really happening in mental health.”
