This workshop is for people who are experiencing negative issues related to worrying and would like to develop healthy coping strategies to manage symptoms and promote ongoing wellbeing. You will be guided through various tools and techniques to help improve day-to-day management of the symptoms of excessive worrying, including: relaxation techniques and challenging negative thoughts.
