This courses is for people feeling stressed who would like to develop healthy coping strategies to manage symptoms and promote ongoing wellbeing. You will be guided through various tools and techniques to help improve day-to-day management of the symptoms of stress, including: relaxation techniques, challenging negative thoughts and assertive communication.
