This service offers one-to-one support and structured courses for anyone experiencing common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. It is available to anyone who is registered with a GP in Manchester and is aged 18 years and above

If you are interested in the “here and now” of your problems and willing to participate in work between sessions, this service can really help you make a positive change to your wellbeing.

After receiving your referral, the service will contact you by email if an email address is provided. This is done to encourage an environmentally friendly way of working. If you are unable to receive emails, you will receive correspondence in the post.
