If you are struggling to cope with anxiety, depression, panic or sleep-related problems, you can access quick and confidential support through our range of online, interactive eTherapy programmes.

eTherapy is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the first line of treatment for the above conditions. Our programmes can take between six to eight weeks to complete.

eTherapy services can be accessed from a number of community settings in Stockport. Alternatively, if you have access to the internet and a PC, laptop or tablet, you can access the service from home!

Whether accessing the service in a setting or from home, you will be supported each week by an experience eTherapy Coordinator.
